Pressing the phone button does not bring up the menu. The Bluetooth isn't working. I can't get the menu - Answered by a verified Ford Mechanic I have a 2017 Ford Fiesta that we just bought from a suburu dealership. 73k miles on it, nothing wrong with it engine wise. I have a 2006 Ford F- 150 truck. The radio is not working. When I press I now cannot access the phone or sync menus as all. Specifically each push of the button results in the following: Dashboard media - Screen shows a USB like picture with the words sync under it. Attempt to go or do anything results in no response / back to the screen mentioned above unless you are going to the radio.Replace the battery. If the button cell battery in the key fob of Fiesta is replaced incorrectly or a battery is unsuitable, it can damage the vehicle key. Only replace drained batteries with new batteries in the same voltage, size, and specification. Make sure the battery is facing in the right direction when inserting it.The start button will turn the lights and radio on, but when I push the clutch in it won't start the engine. The reason to try the horn is that it draws more amperage than any other load except the starter. You can tell if the battery is too weak to run the starter if the horn won't work, even when the lights, dash and everything else will work The club is not part of Ford Motor Company (UK or Worldwide) nor affiliated with or endorsed by Ford Motor Company (UK or Worldwide) in any way. #1 So my fiancรฉ's sister just got a 2017 Fiesta a month ago. Last week her media button stopped working. You press the button and it goes to the sync media screen for like 1 second and then goes back to the radio. Anyone dealt with this? She said she pulled the fuse and disconnected the battery to try and reset it.
